At the moment I’ve only seen two of these Netflix Documentaries on Food & Health. I find that it’s Good to Know… When it comes to your health and wellness, it’s good to know your most important health measures, risks and where to focus, so you can live healthier. Now I’m not trying to tell you to do this or that, but I am telling you to “Think Before You Eat“, to “Think About What You Eat” and give yourself a chance.
